Pete Freitag's Biography
Pete has been building web applications since the 90's, using languages from perl, to ColdFusion, to Java.
In 2003 Pete published his first book called The ColdFusion MX Developers Cookbook with SAMs publishing. Since then he has been busily blogging on various web development topics including CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (and other such Web 2.0 nomenclature), Security, Mac OS X, and more.
If you ask him, he will probably tell you about three or four different side projects he is cooking up at any given time.
In 2006 he started his own company to launch more side projects, and get back to his roots in web development. His company builds cool sites, and helps other companies do the same.
He holds a BS in Software Engineering from Clarkson University.
