Deborah,
The only complain I have about McDonalds food is there biscuits.
Just my opinion but Hardees has much better tasting biscuits, there soft and full of flavor.
McDonalds biscuits are usually over cooked, greasy and hard around the outside.
You have that McDonalds culinary school in Chicago....see if they can improve the biscuits.
