Chris Kermoian's Biography
Chris leads the Product Management, Product Marketing and Internet marketing efforts for Become. His experience in the search engine and technology community includes four years in senior roles at AltaVista and Overture. At AltaVista, he led Product Management and Product Marketing functions and was responsible for guiding search engine functionality, search-related products, user experience, advertiser programs, and syndication programs. Chris has been a frequent speaker on search engine issues and search marketing programs.
Prior to AltaVista, Chris held Product Management and Marketing roles at Sun Microsystems in the Solaris Software and Java Software areas. Chris was formerly a nuclear submarine officer in the Navy and worked in the Pentagon as military aide to a Navy Admiral. Chris has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
