State Representative Frank Nicastro has been in the Connecticut House of Representatives for 2 years now. Prior to becoming a legislator, Rep. Nicastro was the mayor of Bristol for 5 consecutive terms (10 years) and a youth officer for the Board of Education for 17 years. In addition, he was in the Navy for 6 years and the Army National Guard for 24 years.
