Russell P. Fradin, Russ has been Chief Executive Officer of Hewitt Associates Inc., since September 2006. Mr. Fradin serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Adify Corp. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Adify Corp. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development of Wine.com, Inc. and focused on creating strategic alliances, incremental sales channels and all other new business opportunities for Wine.com. He served as President of Global Employer ... Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Fradin served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of comScore Networks. During his four years with comScore, he worked to define and structure new business channels for comScore's business including comScore's businesses focused on the Automotive, Banking, Ethnic Marketing, Local Marketing, Survey Research and Telecommunications industries. Mr. Fradin served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bisys Group Inc., from February 2, 2004 to September 5, 2006. Before joining BISYS, he served as Group President of Employer Services of North America of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP), until October 2003. From 1996 to 2003, he was with Automatic Data Processing. Prior to joining ADP in 1996, he served as a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, Inc. Mr. Fradin associated with McKinsey & Company, Inc. for 18 years and was responsible for providing a wide range of Fortune 500 clients with strategic advice on identifying and executing winning business strategies, with a special emphasis on new product and service innovations. Mr. Fradin served as Vice President of Business Development of FlyCast Communications and, after its acquisition by CMGI, served in the same position with Engage Technologies, Inc. He was staff member at ADEMCO and FBI. An early member of the FlyCast team, he served in many positions during his four-year tenure. Mr. Fradin has been Chairman and Executive Director of Hewitt Associates Inc., since September 2006. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Travidia, Inc. He has been Director of Gartner Inc., since June 2007. He served as Director of Corporate Executive Board Co., from November 18, 2004 to September 6, 2006. He served as Director of Veridian Corporation since May 2002 and Exult Inc., since July 2002. He served as Director of Veritect, Inc. He served as a Director of The BISYS Group, Inc., from February 2, 2004 to September 5, 2006. Mr. Fradin holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. .
