Mr. Ivey has founded two startups so far, and his business plans/pitches have raised more than $71 million during the last six years from VCs like Crosspoint and Mayfield. Mr. Ivey has also served as outside counsel and lead negotiator for several tech firms in negotiations with big fish like IBM, Microsoft, Veritas, EMC, etc.
