I to am upset with Boost mobile and we have 5 phone lines.
My son's phone came up missing and we put it on hold like we was told until we brought a new phone for him and then they would give me a $50.00 cerdit as soon as we get the phone. Will I called on 11/25/11 and instead of doing so they changed my plan to the $2.00 daily plan and only gave me $8.02 with out me giving the okay to change my plan. So I called boost back they gave me a conformation number saying that they would fix this and I should have my refund as well as my plan back that I need to just call 225 to make sure that all is right and it was not and now they are saying they can not give me the cerdit or even change my plan back. I almost thought about calling my local news station to see if there is anything they can do or even contact the better business.
I would love to know if you have any ideas.
