I scratched to hard on my i-tunes card and i can't read the numbers how do i still get the money off of the card for i-tunes??

I bought a I tunes card 25 dollars, and when I try to reedeam it it says it's not activated...Meanwhile I went back to where I purchased the gift card and they said there was nothing to do...I am a new customer and would like some coorperation with this matter,,,, or somebody else can take my money....Regaurds Linda D

Half of my itunes card code isscratched off and unreadable. Trying to enter serial number was unsuccessful. The number on left hand corner is (031792). There is no mumber starting with GCA on card.

i bought 30 dollar itunes card and scratched too hard...i tried the serial number bottom left and it would not work... what do i do now...
