I am a member of a Ning-based social network, namely the Rouge Wave 2, as hosted by Julie Gray. I access the server from my home in Nigeria, through proxy servers based in Uganda. For the past week and a half, I have been unable to get through to Rouge Wave 2 - or to any Ning-based website (including the Help Center), for that matter.
Is this a maintenance problem on your part, or is there some other explanation?
