Arstechnica Reports China Mobile Limited at odds with Apple

I was reading through arstechnica when I discoverd this post claiming that China Mobile Limited (NYSE:CHL) told Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) NOT SO FAST on selling the iPhone.

According arstechnica's story, China Mobile wants control of the App Store, and Steve Jobs isn't compromising. Apple's alternative carriers are China Unicom or China Telecom, which are both smaller than China Mobile Limited. CML expects to have 3G capability in 10 core cities by next month.
