Well I'm back from a week of vacation. Was I off in the tropics? Perhaps Rincon or even revisiting my honeymoon destination in Costa Rica? As Piper would say, Nah... I was at home doing manual labor and spending time with my wife and kids.

What did Jason do last week?

• Removed hurricane boards from house (Thanks Noah!).


• Donated 10 bags of clothes to the Salvation Army (Thanks honey!).


• Took Piper out to breakfast 3 times.


• Cleaned out the closet (sorry, no skeletons were found).


• Trimmed 3 palm trees in front yard.


• Weeded all landscape beds in front yard.


• Mulched landscape beds in front yard.


• Took Piper to playground lots of times :)


• Watched parts of Goldfinger and Dr. No.


• Cuddled with Piper and Finley.


• Let Shannon out of the house once by herself, only lasted about an hour though.


• Went to the Cocoa Beach Art Festival where both of my children fell asleep.


• Made homemade mashed potatoes.


• Ate a pumpkin pie my beatiful wife made just for me :).


• Found out Piper loves pumpkin pie too!


• Washed lots of dishes.


• Spent time with both sets of grandparents.


• Got the denali to spin all 4 tires several times, shhh, don't tell Shannon!


• Prayed for my brother Jonah who's in Fallujah.


• Realized I can live without a laptop for short periods of time.


• Realized I'm incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful wife and great children.

Anyway, I'm back. The title of this post is my little rendition of an eminem song. I now have a new appreciation for my family, job and life and will do my best to reflect that attitude in my posts. Haha, whateva, I'll still be rude, crude and guarantee to intrude on your thoughts. Adios!
