Play Flash Games

Branden Hall did a talk at FlashForward about "Extra Sensory Flash".  Basically, you can use your body to play all sorts of flash games if you have the right equipment.  They're known as DDR pads, which stands for "Dance Dance Revolution".  Basically you stomp the crap out of them to play a video game, whether it's flash or pc based they connect via ethernet to your computer and record your input when you step on them.

Branden did a great job of building his own and putting up the schematics for all to see and use.  I was quite impressed. Especially at how usable his renderings of the pad are.

"The StompPad is a simple pressure based switch designed to be robust yet simple and cheap to construct. StompPads are by nature modular and you can connect up to 7 of them in a single row.   The StompPad was designed to work with the awesome I-Pac board to make each StompPad appear as a keyboard key. This allows you to interface with the StompPad easily."
